By browsing this website or placing an online order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Please use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

Orders placed on this site are prepared for in-person pickup at Pink Lady Espresso. We do not offer shipping. An order is not confirmed until our team accepts it at the shop.

Online orders are paid at pickup. This site does not collect card details. If an order is not picked up, it may be discarded and we may decline future online orders from that account.

Menu items, prices and modifiers shown here come from our register system and can change at any time. Items may sell out or be temporarily unavailable. The price calculated at the register at pickup is the price that applies. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will let you know and adjust or cancel that item.

Our drinks are made in a shared space with dairy, nuts, soy and other allergens, so cross-contact is possible. If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, please tell a team member before ordering. We cannot guarantee any drink is allergen-free.

Because drinks are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If something is not right with your drink, tell us at pickup and we will do our best to make it right.

The Pink Lady Espresso name, logo, artwork, photography and site content belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Information you send through our contact, catering and careers forms should be accurate and your own. Submitting a catering request or job application does not create a booking, offer of employment or any obligation on either side.

We aim to keep the site and online ordering running, but they are provided on an as-available basis and may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.

We may update these terms as the business changes. The current version is always posted on this page.
